Acceptable use

- Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.
- Misrepresent your identity in ways that could harm other users or the operator.
- Scrape or aggregate content in bulk in a way that degrades the service for others, except as allowed by public search indexing policies.
Intellectual property
Product imagery, copy, and branding displayed here may be sample or licensed content. BoltToCart names and marks belong to their respective owners. You receive no license to our software, trademarks, or content except the limited right to use this site as offered.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoltToCart and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this reference deployment. In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims related to the reference store exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater (for a free demo, typically zero).
Governing law
For disputes, the operator of the deployment you are using may specify governing law and venue in a separate agreement. For this public reference store, interpret these terms under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protections in your jurisdiction cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
